Orders placed for in-store Pickup will be fulfilled within 48 hours, and will be available for pickup during The Shoppe business hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery is available in Edmonton, St. Albert and Sherwood Park for a flat rate of $25.00. Orders placed for Local Delivery will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
You will need to be home to receive your parcel. Please add available delivery dates and times into ‘Add Order Note’ before checkout.
Domestic and International Shipping
We ship throughout Canada and The United States, as well as internationally. All domestic and international shipping is by Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping destination, as well as the weight and dimensions of the items being shipped. Delivery timelines are determined by Canada Post, and as such are out of our control.
Furniture and Oversized Items
There is a flat rate of $200 for furniture items delivered in Alberta. We will contact you after your purchase to arrange delivery. This is a white glove service which includes in home placement of your items, as well as removal of any packaging. They do not hang art or install light fixtures. Please note, this service does not include removal of any existing furniture. Please ensure your space is ready for your items to be received and placed prior to the arranged delivery time, and that you have ensured the item is the correct size and weight for your space.

To order oversized items elsewhere in Canada or in The United States, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Delivery rates will be determined based on your shipping address, as well as the weight and dimensions of the items being delivered.
Damages and Issues
Our return policy takes effect upon delivery. Please inspect your items thoroughly once they arrive, and contact us at email@example.com on the rare occasion that your parcel arrives damaged. Please save all packaging in any instance of damages, as we will require photographs of both the damaged items, as well as the packaging they arrived in.
