Featured in EDify magazine, this 2170 square foot subpenthouse in Edmonton’s most luxurious condo building speaks to our client’s fashion-forward personality. We were called upon for our ability to cultivate a personality driven home with well-edited layers of interest on the blank canvas of a newly-built space. We immediately saw potential to transform the kitchen by adding black solid surface Dekton slabs with subtle veining to the walls—a choice that has made this our favourite kitchen transformation to date.

Inspired by our client’s love of arts and culture, we treated the rooms as living galleries, with original artwork sourced from New York City, wallpapered walls, a custom mural, and statement lighting. For phase two of this project, we transformed her outdoor patio into an urban lounge for daily enjoyment and entertaining.
