Named for the stunning view over the valley, this new build was brought to life with design details and interior styling.
In a space that was limited to 3 design concepts from the builder, we were able to customize the home through all the design details that we love: window treatments, architectural lighting, thoughtful paint colours, luxe carpet and rugs, and well-edited layers of furniture and decor.

When designing the primary bedroom, we wanted to create a hotel-like retreat for this busy CEO. The panelling of the king sized bed frame spans the length of the wall, and features a luxe texture that instantly creates a relaxing space to unwind in.

The home office created the perfect opportunity to blend fashion and function. Featuring glass panelled doors that allow a view into the office from the main living area, it was important to carry the themes of the home into the room while creating an optimal workspace filled with inspiration.

The homeowner grew up on a farm, so we incorporated a touch of home into the dining room with banquette seating and lush greenery. Banquette seating is a prominent feature in current spaces, and one that we love to implement into our projects.

When defining the spaces in an open concept home, furniture selection and placement are key. Through expertly positioning the sofa and console, we were able to define the living room from the kitchen and dining areas, while also adding much needed storage.
