Beauty meets function in this complete main level remodel. By extending the window over the sink downward to counter height, we were able to transform this previously dark space into what you see here. A bright, natural and inviting place designed for ease of everyday use.

With floor to ceiling custom cabinetry paired with brass hardware, storage is no issue in this kitchen. The addition of glass upper cabinets leaves the space feeling open, without any compromises for storage or aesthetics . A complete overhaul of the layout added additional work and seating space, making it the perfect place to sit and casually chat with friends, or to bake cookies with grandkids.

Custom and curated finishes are just one of the elements that make this space so special. No window should be left bare. A custom roman shade with an expertly selected fabric adds a textural element, leaving the large window feeling grounded, complete and considered. Japanese inspired tile adds etched texture, featuring over glazed edges that provide a subtle and timeless element of visual interest , catching the morning light like nothing else.

The bathroom finishes are California casual for that easy breezy lifestyle. The vanity doors are especially coastal in feel with the caning effect that adds texture and warmth to a space that otherwise has a lot of hard finishes for function. We expanded the window much the same as in the kitchen, to increase natural light and make the space feel bigger and brighter. The profiles on the vanity and tub add elevated details that refine the concept.
